- Call Emergency Services: Dial 911 if anyone is injured or needs urgent medical help.
- Contact Forensys Curacao: It is mandatory to call Forensys Curacao at 0800-1199, 9233, or WhatsApp +599 9461 3282.
- Do Not Move the Vehicle: Wait for Forensys to instruct you. Do not move the vehicle, even if it blocks the road, unless they tell you to.
- Do Not Leave the Scene: Stay there until Forensys finishes the report. Without that report, insurance coverage can be void.
